Mama Cisco's home made pasta

My co-worker Mike has a mom who can cook and I was lucky enough that he didn't eat his lunch last week so that he offered it to me for dinner! There's nothing like a good homemade pasta dish as it's the quintessential comfort food.
The pasta was perfectly cooked with a hearty tomato sauce with extra hot chili oil, peas, and grated fresh Parmesan cheese. I shared it with 2 co-workers who loved it and scarfed it down as fast as I did.
